This project presents a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of municipal demolition policies in the Metro Vancouver Region, with the aim of providing a framework to update the City of Richmond’s Demolition Waste and Recyclable Materials Bylaw No. 9516. This update is a key component of the City’s strategy to reduce embodied carbon emissions.
