This project studied 6 retrofit programs from British Columbia to present them as case studies to highlight their evaluation methods, success factors, energy savings, and greenhouse gas emissions reduction amounts. Based on these case studies, this project discussed the recommended evaluation methods and set of success factors that can represent the program's overall achievements. This study will help practitioners to design a successful retrofit program based on the study findings.
