Kent Williams is an Assistant Professor with the F.C. Manning School of Business, Acadia University, and an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Management, Dalhousie University. He has a leadership consulting practice, Integral Dialogue Project. He holds a Doctor of Social Science, where his research and praxis focus on regenerative futures and leadership studies that are underpinned by fairness, prosperity, and sustainability. The core values that lead him in his life are courage, humility, integrity, levity, respect, and wisdom. His 'why he does what he does' is to co-inspire human potential. He espouses the pedagogy of 'education as the practice of freedom', where he facilitates learning spaces that embrace failure, reflexivity, creativity, and critical & resilient thinking. He believes this approach enables desired futures for living in our rapidly changing world of complexity. He lives in Wolfville, NS, with his family. Kent loves time connecting in Nature, good laughs with his family…and yes, time out on his bike!
Rajul Singh is a Professor of Sustainable Business Management at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. She holds a doctorate degree in environmental toxicology and has been involved in sustainability education for over two decades. Her teaching and research focus on global frameworks and leadership for sustainable and regenerative futures.
As an educator, she develops and experiments with innovative pedagogies to integrate sustainability and regenerative principles into business education. As a leader, Rajul co-founded the PRME at Conestoga initiative in the Conestoga School of Business in 2020 and presently serves as the co-chair of the PRME Steering Committee. As a practitioner, she consults the Circular Opportunity Innovation Launchpad (now known as the Circular Innovation Council) to support organizations embracing the circular economy. She is an active member of the UN PRME Working Group on Climate Change and Environment, a certified trainer for the Carbon Literacy Training and an EnROADs Climate Ambassador.
Having spent her career in different parts of the world, she brings a holistic and inclusive approach to advancing sustainability and regenerative thinking. Her mission is to train students to be leaders of the twenty-first century so they can create a sustainable and regenerative future for all on our planet.
Ibtehal (Ibby) Al Sallaiy is an experienced project manager, quality assurance specialist, and sustainability professional with expertise in ESG reporting, benchmarking, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). With a PhD in Food Technology and an MBA in progress at UBC Sauder School of Business, she combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership to drive impactful business and environmental solutions.
Ibby has a strong background in ESG accounting, having worked on sustainability-focused projects that involve emissions tracking, environmental stewardship, and corporate social responsibility. She has successfully implemented quality management systems, secured funding for sustainability-driven initiatives, and conducted benchmarking analyses to improve operational efficiency. Her research and project work have focused on integrating the SDGs into business practices, ensuring alignment with global sustainability frameworks.
With experience in procurement, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement, Ibby thrives in cross-functional environments that require collaboration, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. She is passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and advancing sustainability initiatives that create measurable social, economic, and environmental impact.

Justin Bull is a Lecturer at the UBC Sauder School of Business and Academic Director of the Masters of Engineering Leadership and Masters of Health Leadership and Policy in the Faculty of Applied Science. Economic reconciliation is a major focus of his time, and he is a committed board member supporting the Tla'amin Nation and Nak'azdli First Nation with their economic development strategies. Justin volunteers as a lead moderator with Creative Destruction Lab (Climate and Minerals Stream) and as an advisor to AdvantageBC (a non-profit focused on financing climate innovation). He earned a BA in International Relations (2005) and a PhD in Wood Science (2015) from the University of British Columbia. He is also the father of three young children and spends whatever time he can with them outside in the woods, learning the names of trees.
