Wed, November 6, 2013 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM UBC Point Grey Campus. Common Energy is teaming up with Our Horizon, a team of volunteers touring around Canada in hopes of encouraging citizens to contact their local municipalities to pass a law in which all gas stations would be required to put a warning label on their gas nozzles. They are excited to come to Vancouver to spread the word about their campaign and empower us by encouraging everyone to get involved and effectively take action against climate change in their communities. The event is taking place in the Policy Labs in CIRS (Centre for Interactive Research on Sustainability).
