Our keynote speaker, Al Etmanski, will share stories about individuals and groups who have successfully piloted their proven solutions from the margins to the mainstream, and by doing so have changed their industry, shifted culture and made the world a better place. Al, an accomplished policy activist and social entrepreneur, has spent 10 years exploring the world of social innovation.
In this talk, Al will explore six key patterns that can increase your chances of making an impact, changing your industry, and scaling your innovation. These patterns are adaptable to your own circumstances. He will also discuss three different types of innovators that are required to achieve long-term impact.
