Ecology of Food Studies

This course helps prepare students for teaching food studies at the middle and secondary level. Drawing from readings, group discussion and hands-on learning experiences, we explore the practical aspects of teaching foods, as well as contemporary themes, including how to infuse an ecological perspective into our pedagogy.
