Adam has worked for over two decades on some of the world's most challenging conflicts, including South Africa, Colombia, Guatemala, Sudan and Israel. Building on scenario planning, a long-established tool organizations use to develop strategies for adapting to a range of possible futures, transformative scenario planning allows leaders to develop strategies not merely to adapt to the future, but to change it.
