This course is part of the UBC Future Global Leaders Pre-University Program for high school students ages 15-18, and is offered at UBC Vancouver. This program offers the option to stay in a UBC student residence during the program or commute daily.
Learn production skills in digital graphic design and computer imaging for art and design projects. Create a collage of expressive self-portraits in Adobe Photoshop, and produce a poster to promote a summer blockbuster movie. Gain experience with industry-standard digital tools while learning the fundamentals of effective design and innovative ways to generate ideas. Learn about the Department of Creative Studies at UBC Okanagan, one of the most vibrant and dynamic art departments in Canada.

MYRON CAMPBELL, MAA, teaches digital media in the Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies at UBC Okanagan. A graduate of Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Myron is an artist and designer with more than 15 years’ experience in digital media producing interactive experiences, illustration, branding and animation.
