This public workshop features presentations of the latest research on Rights of Nature by Allard/UBC law students, followed by questions and discussion with a panel of distinguished environmental and Indigenous researchers and practitioners including UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights & the Environment David Boyd (Associate Professor, IRES), renowned Rights of Nature advocate Mari Margil, Haida lawyer Terri-Lynn Williams-Davidson, Professor Stepan Wood (Allard) and others.
