A panel of experts representing "field to fork" will discuss trends ranging from increasing consumer awareness and demand for organic and sustainable farming, food safety and security, climate change, and demand from Asia for BC agricultural and food products.
We will be celebrating 100 years of farming at UBC, and five years since UBC Farm was saved from real estate development by a coalition of students, faculty and civil society.
