CHILD is designed to discover early life determinants of asthma and allergy. The multifaceted exposure assessment in early development is a key piece of the puzzle. This talk will describe our effort at estimating total exposure from indoor air, diet, consumer products and air pollution to the microbiome with links to epigenetic changes and early indicators of childhood asthma and allergy.
