Apply to be a UBC Sustainability Scholar! The program is open to full-time UBC graduate students from any program or discipline. We match students with on- and off-campus partners to work under the guidance of a mentor on applied research projects that advance sustainability across the region. Projects typically address a range of sustainability themes such as climate adaptation, local food, green procurement, transportation, zero waste, green buildings, GHG emissions reduction, biodiversity, and wellbeing.
