During this session we will use a pre-class survey to explore student workload and discuss considerations related to student workload when using FC approaches. What workload are students currently expected to complete in different faculties? How will FL approaches at UBC impact this workload?
The second part of the workshop will be focused on different approaches to classroom activities when ‘flipping the classroom’. Using a modified open-space session different presenters will share approaches that work for them within the classroom.
