CREATE YOUR OWN INTERDISCIPLINARY DEGREE
None of the options above seem right for you? UBC offers a number of ways to create your own interdisciplinary degree around a sustainability issue or theme.
ARTS
Take the opportunity to expand your studies beyond narrow academic disciplines and design a cross-disciplinary course of study that focuses on two of the following categories: Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, or Creative and Performing Arts.
ENGINEERING
Rather than earning a degree in only one specific area of engineering, you can gain background in core areas and select 18 credits of technical electives to explore your interests further.
SCIENCE
If your interdisciplinary vision cannot be realized in another program, UBC’s integrated sciences give you the opportunity to persuade an advisor to support you.
